SAP HANA web dispatcher not starting

Hi Team ,

I have just updated the SAP HANA Server  from SP9  ( Rev 97 )  to SP10 ( Rev 102).

The upgrade process  showed that it failed to start one Tenant DB.

Though I can see that in the HANA studio the Server is updated.

However post this , while i checked in the HANA studio , the web dispatcher is not coming up.

When i tried manual restart by killing below error.

I did restart the HANA DB  & Server host too.

Still same error.

In the nameserver trace i see below relevant log
