HANA Alert-65 issue

Hi,

 

We are seeing HANA Alert-65 whever there is a tlog backup running for SYSTEMDB. Need some help to fix the issue.

 

"""A log backup with ID 1456246635319 has been running for longer than 168 seconds."""

 

System Info:

Multi-tenant system.

We are seeing this error only when SYSTEMDB tlog backup runs. For other tenant DBs, tlog backups are running fine and there are no alerts.

 

SYSTEMDB tlog backup runs for around 3-5 MINS.

TENANTDB tlog backup runs for 10-15 SECONDS.

Looking at backup log file of SYSTEMDB i see that the nameserver service backup in SYSTEMDB is taking more time.

 

I checked Note 2081845 and everything looks fine for me. tlog backup and catalog backup dont have issue. Main concern is nameserver service backup taking time.

 

Can you please help me how to fix this issue.
