Update Hana credentials validation

I'm wondering about the problems about passwords...

I'm trying to update Hana with hdblcmgui but I'm gettint this error:

I've checked the credentials login via hana studio por SYSTEM user of S00 and s00adm with hdbsql, and passwords are corrects.

Any suggestions?
