Hi Folks,
I installed a non-production HANA system on a VM. I am trying to install SP09 of the platform edition. I selected to install the multitenant installation.
the installation completed without any issues. But I am not able to connect to the SYSTEM database.
i can login as the OS user <sid>adm but not as the Database user. Also i check the processes and i only see
Compiler
Deamon
nameserver
preprocessor
webdispatcher
i think there should also be indexserver and xs server.
unable to get much on the logs.
First time installing the HANA platform as it is the first time we are using a VM. The other systems we got were HANA appliance so it came pre-installed.
any pointer will be much appreciated.
