I have the following question. If you guys help in clarifying them, It would be helpful.
1. What is the advantage of having open ODS on ADSO?
2. When creating ADSO and selecing option as cube, I guess ADSO will not be converted to multi dimensional instead all the characteristics will be key fields..Am i Correct? If yes what is advantage compared to cube as cube is multi dimensional?
3. When we create info objects, dso and cubes, HANA views are automatically created for those objects and can be consumed in HANA? Is my understanding correct?
4. Under what scenarios do we need to transient provider and virtual providers in BW?
5. If I have to report on data from non sap system (ODBC). IS it recommended to create virtaul table (SDA) in SAP HANA and then Create OPEN ODS in BW and do reporting or can we directly connect to non sap source to BW?
