Where does Kernel profiler file appear ?

I use the SAP HANA Studio (SPS5) .

I run Kernel profiler trace.

And when I stop tracing , I check the Diagnosis Files .

But I can't find Kernel profiler .

Would you like please tell me where dose Kernel profiler file appera ?
