HANA. Where is user's deactivate flag located?

I need to find flag that is setwhen the userunsuccessfullytriedmany timesto log on.

So, we have the parameter, which is responsible forthe number of allowed failedlogon attempts (maximum_invalid_connect_attempts). If a user exceedsthe number of timesspecified in this parameter, he is blocked. This can be found,if in the SECURITY folderselect that user.Therewill be written: "Status: deactivated Reason: too many invalid connect attepts".

I thoughtthat the values ​​of "USER_DEACTIVATED" and "DEACTIVATION_TIME"fieldshave been changedin the USERS System Views. But theyare not affected. How HANA understands thatuser is lockedin such a case?
