Just wondering how any of you have been handling the cases where certain repository objects (in content catalog) are no longer required or can be deleted. If you delete an object from the modeler/content view, the underlying SYS_BIC representation still remains and requires an additional DDL statement to get it removed.
Furthermore, the issue of the objects existing in target systems (QA / Prod) becomes another topic. Do objects need to be manually deleted there as well? I know that if you migrate a package via delivery unit, the deleted content objects should be removed, but not sure if that also covers the SYS_BIC representation as well?
The requirement comes about to eliminate clutter or no longer valid objects.
