We have our source data in SQL Server 2008. The conversion factors for currency and unit of measurements are also in tables in SQL Server. The run time aggregations involving the conversions is taking a long time and is hurting the performance of application.
We are looking for various options of doing in memory run time aggregations and find SAP HANA promising with its inbuilt conversion capabilities. SAP HANA depends on in built system tables TCUR* and T0006, T006A for conversions. We are not sure of how to load these tables and keep them updated with the conversion factors that we are having in our tables in SQL Server.
Is there a way to map/sync our SQL Server currency/UoM data with these SAP HANA proprietary tables? Does SAP HAPNA SP07 provide this feature?
